Predictions regarding the future of the office market in Poland are promising, according to the latest data provided by REDD. Forecasts indicate a significant increase in the availability of new office space in the coming years, which is a positive signal for the sector.

 

According to REDD data, as of the end of 2023, there is 614,000 square meters of office space under construction in Poland (179,000 square meters in Warsaw), with an expected delivery of up to 325,000 square meters in 2024 and an additional 193,000 square meters in 2025.

 

We are currently witnessing a shift in the dynamics of the office market, where the supply under construction remains at a lower level compared to previous periods. This trend is the result of various factors, from global economic challenges to local market conditions, which require attention and analysis from all stakeholders involved in the market.
