Przede wszystkim, zajmujemy się wyƂącznie nieruchomoƛciami stricte inwestycyjnymi, co wymusza na nas odmienne ƛcieĆŒki postępowania. Nauczeni doƛwiadczeniem, stronimy od ogƂoszeƄ oraz robienia zbędnego szumu wokóƂ sprzedaĆŒy. Podobnie jak do upolowania kaczki nie potrzeba bomby atomowej, tak do sprzedaĆŒy nieruchomoƛci nie jest konieczne informowanie o swym zamiarze wszystkich osĂłb w kraju (lub internecie).
